Resolve Equity Partners was founded in 2025 by Mark Dowling and Cormac Cullinan to address challenges around access to funding within the Irish market. By combining Mark’s extensive experience in lending and investment with Cormac’s expertise in transformation and solution delivery, the firm is uniquely positioned to provide dynamic and innovative solutions to funding gaps across Ireland’s evolving market landscape.
The Challenging Irish market
